South Korea’s ageing population and rising chronic disease burden highlight the need for strong longitudinal data to guide health policy. This review compared eleven national panel surveys, examining health variables, such as chronic conditions, lifestyle, mental health, and healthcare use, and how each adapted to COVID-19.
