The Centre for Healthcare Knowledge & Innovation brings health and social care providers together with academics, venture capitalists, local government agencies and the wider community to enhance local knowledge of the ideas and technologies shaping the future of health and social care.
The goal of the Centre is not just to help you manage and respond to change, but to enable you to proactively take advantage of innovations in healthcare.
How to get involved

- Share news of events and invite your friends and colleagues
- Read our monthly newsletter and keep updated
- Send us a resource for our Knowledge Library to share with others
- Update us on your news/program successes so we can celebrate what’s working

- Tell us who you want to hear from so we can stay relevant
- Embrace the collaborative culture so you can learn from and with each other
Centre priorities
The Centre will mostly focus on the rationale and evidence to support changes in healthcare delivery in the current priority areas of:
- Aboriginal Health
- Aged Care/Older People
- Artificial Intelligence
- Future Health and Social Care Workforce
- Integrated Care
- Mental Health
- NDIS
- Compassionate Communities/ Health in the Neighbourhood
We will also explore ways to enable strategic partnerships (both within healthcare and outside of it) and leadership development. The Centre Partners collectively agree that the Centre should help:

- Catalyse ideas
- Scale up the use of technology
- Improve outcomes
- Increase value, affordability and sustainability
