There are, however, barriers to translating knowledge and skills into practice; a lack of ongoing support and information resources; staff not feeling confident that their level of skills and knowledge are sufficient for implementation; and a misunderstanding about what health coaching is and how it can be used. Brendon McDougall and Anna McGlynn talks to how Partners in Care is addressing this. This presentation and case study was part of Health & Social Care Workforce Today & Tomorrow - Coffs Harbour (February 2019)
