The Monash Health Community Services Strategy Project is developing a strategy for providing services to the community. Agreement on the types and design of the community services Monash Health will provide into the future, how and where the services will be delivered and how each service interfaces with health, social and education services provided by other organisations will need to be planned. The evidence included in this review represents information and research from both international and Australian settings and reports a diversity of issues.
