Encourage Young Australians to Have Their Say
The National Youth Policy Framework will outline how Australian Government policies and programs help improve the lives of young Australians. It will aim to give young people a voice in policies that affect them.
The Youth Taskforce has written an interim report to support further consultation and guide the development of the National Youth Policy Framework. The Youth Taskforce consulted extensively with young people for this interim report, with a focus on vulnerable young people, to identify:
- priorities
- challenges
- concerns
- gaps
- opportunities.
To bolster this interim report, we encourage you to support young Australians aged 18 years to take part in a national survey. The survey gives young Australians a chance to tell the Australian Government their views on what is important to them. It will help shape the priorities, policies and programs that affect them.
Take the survey
Young Australians can take the survey until 11.59pm AEST Monday 12 October 2020. The results of the survey will finalise the framework, which will be delivered by the end of 2020.
