Three years ago Salesforce introduced its Health Cloud product, enabling healthcare providers to get a complete view of the patient, make smarter care decisions, engage with patients across their caregiver networks, and manage patient data.
Earlier this month, chief medical officer at Salesforce, Dr. Joshua Newman, described how Health Cloud can help providers aggregate, analyse and make actionable the data providers need to address social determinants of health, scheduling for home health and marketing journeys that enable patients clearer communication.
